    We review your art, confirm with Printful, then you receive tracking.

FAQ

What file should I upload?

PNG with transparent background or SVG. Target 300 DPI at print size. We may ask for a higher-res file if the art looks soft.

Can I use copyrighted characters?

Only with permission you can prove. We reject orders that use unlicensed anime, game, or brand assets.

How long until it ships?

After we approve your upload, Printful typically produces in 2–7 business days, plus shipping. Times show at checkout.

Artwork requirements

  • Formats: PNG (transparent) or SVG
  • Resolution: 300 DPI at print size (roughly 4500×5400 px for a full front print)
  • Rights: You must own or have permission to use the artwork
  • We may reject: blurry files, stolen IP, or prohibited content
